Pretty good. Better quality would be nice, and it sounds like you messed up the bass line a bit (in the original, the A line goes A,low A, A, E, A, A, G, A), but I had trouble hearing the bass, so you might have done it right...

It would be better than most of the covers on NG if u improved the quality.
